COVID-19 Notice

Our Offices are now open for new and follow-up appointments, and we also have telemedicine options so you can be seen from home.

It’s understandable you may have concerns about coming to a doctor’s office during the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic – but it’s also important to not put your healthcare needs on hold. If you have been putting off scheduling an appointment for a new or prior health concern, we are here for you.

While we strongly support the guidelines to stay home when possible and practice social distancing, we urge you to make the doctor appointments you need. We are taking extraordinary precautions to make sure our office is as safe as it can possibly be. When scheduling an in-person appointment, you’ll be asked pre-screening questions regarding COVID-19, We ask the same questions when you arrive for your appointment, and we also take the temperature of every patient who arrives. Only one patient will be seated in the waiting room at a time. To assure this, we are scheduling additional time between appointments. We are asking all our patients to wash their hands thoroughly as soon as they enter our facilities (and not to wear gloves from the outside which may be dirty). Our exam rooms and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before and after each patient visit.

Patients must wear a mask or face covering, in accordance with the current Pennsylvania state guidelines. Our doctor and office staff will also be wearing masks and other protective equipment.

Limiting the number of visitors to our doctor’s offices helps us to maintain safety standards. Patients may not be accompanied by anyone for their appointment. If you are unable to walk from your car into our office (less than 1/4 block) without assistance or if you lack childcare, we suggest you reschedule your appointment to a later date.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please do not come in. We cannot see you in person while you’re symptomatic, but we can help you find a different way to get care -such as a telemedicine visit, or by rescheduling your appointment for a later date.
